With more than 10 years in the travel industry, His experience covers everything from Sales and Branding to Product Development. He is now Product Manager for Sgotours which allows him to inspire the product development team with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to keep our Vietnam product offerings at the forefront of what's possible with tourism in Vietnam.

Khoa began his career in the travel industry in 1999, working for 10 years in the leisure market and 10 years in the MICE market. He has extensive knowledge of the market in Southeast Asia.

Fluent in both English and French, Trang completed her Masters in tourism in England to realise her dream of travelling the world. Having worked in the industry for 10 years she first joined Sgotours's english team and today supervises the english speaking teams across Sgotours's destinations. She ensures the coordination among the teams, sales and agents and assist in growing the English market to greater heights.

A native Hanoi-an, Hoa joined the industry in 2009 where she first worked as a tour guide and found her love for the travel industry. As Sgotours's Operations Assistant, she rose up the ranks to her current role responsible for operations and guides. She believes in providing the best experiences for guests and to promote sustainable tourism.
