  • DAY 15. FLIGHT HOME

  • You will arrive in your country within the day.

  • DAY 14. SIEM REAP – TONLE SAP – DEPARTURE (B, L)

  • In the morning, you will hit the road and have the opportunity to drive through the surrounding countryside, in the middle of rice fields and plantations. There, you will have the chance to meet the region’s inhabitants and to taste some delicious and fresh coconut milk.
    Then, you will board a boat to explore the Tonle Sap lake and one of its numerous floating villages. 
    After lunch, you will visit the Wat Bo temple and the Wat Preah Inkosei pagoda. Then, you will take a walk in the local market before being transferred to the airport for your international flight.
     
  • DAY 13. SIEM REAP – BANTEAY SREI (B, L, D)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, you will discover Banteay Srei, a 10th-century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva and now widely praised as a "precious gem", or the "jewel of Khmer art."
    Then, you will make a stop in a village to discover the production methods of palm sugar. 
    You will visit also Banteay Samré, the Citadel of Beauty, on your way back.
    Afternoon free at leisure. Dinner at a local restaurant. 
     
  • DAY 12. SIEM REAP (B, L, D)

  • This day will be dedicated to the discovery of Angkor. Angkor Wat was built at the beginning of the 12th century by King Suryavarman II. As the most well-preserved temple of Angkor, it is considered as the greatest Khmer architectural work.
    The visit will start at the South Gate and you will be greeted by its famous and fascinating giant faces. Then, you will discover the Bayon and Phimeanakas temples as well as the Terrace of the Leper King and the Terrace of the Elephants. 
    You will return downtown to have lunch at a local restaurant. 
    After your meal, your will visit the Ta Prohm and Ta Keo temple. Ta Phrom, Angkor’s biggest temple, was built in 1186 by King Jayavarma and is dedicated to his family. Ta Keo was built between 968 and 1001 and is 50-meter high. It is typical temple-mountain, an architectural representation of Mount Meru, the home of the gods in Hinduism.
    You will continue your visit at Angkor Wat, a World Heritage Site.
    Dinner at a local restaurant, accompanied with an Aspara traditional show. Overnight stay at the hotel. 
     
  • DAY 11. HANOI – SIEM REAP (B, L, D)

  • Day free at leisure in Hanoi before lunch and your transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Dinner at the hotel.

  • DAY 10. HALONG BAY – HANOI (B, L, D)

  • Early risers will be able to contemplate the beauty of the sunrise on the bay. Brunch on board before you return to Hanoi. There, you will take a walk in the animated streets of the Old Quarter.

  • DAY 9. HANOI – HALONG BAY (B, L, D)

  • After your breakfast at the hotel, at 8:00, the driver will come pick you up and take you to Halong Bay. Upon arrival, you will board a traditional junk, where lunch will be served. 
    After your meal, you will follow the junk’s itinerary and get the opportunity to explore huge limestone caves, beautiful floating villages, but also to attend a cooking class to learn how to prepare delicious Vietnamese dishes. 
    Later, you will be able to kayak, take a swim or a walk at leisure. 
    Dinner and overnight stay on the junk, in a private cabin.
     
  • DAY 8. HANOI (B, L, D)

  • After breakfast, your day of Hanoi discovery will start with the visit of the captivating Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, where many typical ethnic objects are exhibited such as traditional costumes, tools, musical instruments, etc. It is a place where you will discover the typical houses of the 54 ethnicities living in Vietnam (warning: the museum is closed on Mondays). 
    Your day will continue with the visit of the Temple of Literature, which was Vietnam’s first university, as well as the Tran Quoc temple, the oldest pagoda of Hanoi. You will also get the chance to discover the One Pillar pagoda and the inside of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. 
     
  • DAY 7. HUE – HANOI (B, L, D)

  • In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Lunch break.
    Later, a cycle rickshaw will take you around the Old Quarter, the heart of the Vietnamese capital. This quarter’s charm is unique and specific to the Old World thanks to the colonial architecture of its buildings. What makes it special is that it is divided into 36 streets named according to the craft professions practiced as well as the products sold there: the Silk Street, the Cotton Street, the Iron Street… 
    Optional: Water Puppet Show (£10/person) 
    A water puppet show is a folkloric theatric representation of the daily rural life on the Red River. 
     
  • DAY 6. HUE (B, L, D)

  • Visit of the majestic Tomb of Minh Mang, renowned for its architecture and sublime forest setting. After that, you will discover the Pagoda of the Celestial Lady and its iconic seven-storey pagoda is regarded as the unofficial symbol of the city. 
    After that, you will embark on a boat to cruise on the Perfume River toward Hue. Then, you will take a walk in the Dong Ba Market. 
    Dinner downtown. Overnight stay at the hotel.
     
  • DAY 5. HOI AN – DA NANG – HUE (B)

  • Free time until your transfer to the airport of Da Nang for you flight to Hue. Check-in at the hotel.

  • DAY 4. SAI GON – DA NANG – HOI AN (B, L, D)

  • Transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you will hit the road to go to Hoi An, which was a major commercial port in Asia from the 17th to the 18th century.
    After lunch, you will be able to admire the classic Vietnamese architecture while walking in the Old Town and visiting the houses and shops. You will also discover the famous 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge as well as the Assembly Hall of the Fujian Chinese Congregation and its museum.
    Boat ride on the Thu Bon River at sunset. 
     
  • DAY 3. SAI GON – MEKONG – SAI GON (B, L, D)

  • In the morning, you will depart to Vinh Long, located on Co Chien, one of the branches of the Mekong River. Then, you will board a boat in order to begin your excursion in the luxurious and natural setting of the Mekong Delta. You will have the opportunity to cruise through canals, villages and orchards of Binh Hoa Island. 
    Lunch break. 
    Your cruise will continue until you have reached Vinh Long.
    Return to Sai Gon by car. Dinner on the way and overnight stay at the hotel. 
     
  • DAY 2. ARRIVAL IN SAI GON (L, D)

  • You will be welcomed at the airport by our guide upon arrival and transferred to your hotel, where you will check-in and rest for a while. The activities for the rest of the day will be organized depending on your arrival time. 
    You will discover the most beautiful places Sai Gon has to offer: the colonial quarters with the Central Post Office, which was designed by Gustave Eiffel, the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the ancient Presidential Palace. 
    Lunch break.
    Visit of the Jade Emperor Pagoda in Cho Lon, the city’s animated and colored Chinatown. Your day will continue with the visit of the Binh Tay market and the Pagoda of the Lady Thien Hau.
    Dinner downtown. Overnight stay at a hotel.
